MY LITTLE MAN!!!!!!

I can’t believe it!! We originally thought boy, but both your dad and I had a dream you were going to be a girl - we thought you were going to be a girl for sure!

We prayed for you, but the odds were against us! Uncle Steve has four girls and Uncle Dave has one of his own (so far). We were beginning to think the Goldschmidt men could only make baby girls.. haha!

Your dad was PUMPED when the technician told us you were a boy! It takes a lot to ruffle your dad, but he had an ear-to-ear grin. I’ve never seen him SO excited! All he could say was that he now has a fishing buddy. I think he may have teared up.. be still my heart!

All I could do was thank God for his faithfulness. I’ve always wanted boys - three to be exact. Its just amazing how I may not get everything I want but He gives me everything I need.

My son.. when I say that, the tears are overwhelming and flow freely. I’m so in-love with you already.

PS.. I can’t wait to give you a mohawk!! haha
